BRASILIA : Seorang remaja Brazil mahu melelong daranya supaya wang yang diperoleh itu dapat membantu merawat ibunya yang uzur.
Menurut media
tempatan, Rebecca Bernardo, 18, sedia mengorbankan daranya untuk
mengadakan hubungan seks dengan mana-mana lelaki yang menawarkan bidaan
tertinggi.
Kini
menuntut di sekolah menengah, Rebecca berkata, dia mendapat idea
menjual kehormatan dirinya selepas membaca kisah Catarina Migliorini
sebelum ini. Catarina menerima bayaran RM2.5 juta kerana menjual daranya
akhir November tahun lalu.
Sejurus
selepas menawarkan daranya, Catarina mendapat bidaan daripada lelaki
seluruh dunia. Justeru, Rebecca berkata, dia berharap keadaan sama
berlaku terhadap dirinya. “Wang yang diperoleh nanti akan digunakan
merawat ibu saya yang terlantar akibat strok,” katanya.
Sebelum
ini, kata Rebecca, dia cuba menjual barangan kosmetik dan menjadi
pelayan tetapi wang diperolehnya tidak mencukupi. Sementara itu, jiran
Rebecca berkata, gadis terbabit tidak pernah tahu siapa bapanya. Kata
mereka, kakak Rebecca pula mati tahun lalu.
“Tiada
sesiapa lagi yang boleh membantu kerana Rebecca tinggal bersama ibunya
di rumah. Strok menyebabkan ibu Rebecca cuma mampu terbaring.
“Bagi
kami, tindakan Rebecca itu boleh dianggap sebagai pilihan terakhir dia
untuk membantu ibunya,” katanya. Setakat ini bidaan tertinggi untuk dara
Rebecca ialah RM170,000. /sabahkini
